Enemies, without a doubt in my mind. While they might have gotten along from 1-2 year, anytime after then and he probably would have hated her especially when it came to seventh year. Constance dated a Weasley, finally took up the title of blood traitor and still managed to capture the Slytherin Quidditch Captain spot. Add/Subtract?

They wouldn't have gotten along period. Blaise would completely see Constance as a haughty, arrogant, stubborn, willful and annoying woman. At most he was put up with her, but he'd hardly get along with her due to his own unlikable and selfish nature. Her later "betrayals" would just end in him disliking her more. He'd probably use venomous words about her and even sometimes to her face, but for the most part he'd avoid any serious offenses and just avoid her unless he needs her for any particular reason -which is very unlikely, but possible.
